A History in Leadership

Robert Dold, president of Franklin has served in many capacities within the pest management industry. Serving as President of Indiana and Illinois pest control associations, he later became President of the national pest control association. Mr. Dold has received a myriad of awards from the industry because of his contributions and leadership.

Judy, Robert’s wife, shares the same passion for this industry. She too has served as President of the National Pest Management Association, which has grown and is now international with over 6,000 member companies. Ms. Dold is only the second women to hold this office and Mr. And Ms. Dold are the first husband and wife in history to both serve as president of the national association. Ms. Dold continues to speak throughout the United States, Europe, Mexico, Asia and Australia.

The Tradition Continues

The new generation is leading Franklin Pest Solutions today.  Robert and Judy’s son, Bob earned his JD from Indiana University Law School and an MBA from Northwestern University, J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management. He plays a major role in growing and managing the business, and he maintains the same goals that have been honored by the Franklin family for over 75 years.  All are committed to maintaining the highest possible standards of integrity and service.
