Franklin Pest Solutions and its clients look for individuals with a positive attitude, good communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work on their own without direct supervision.

Responsibilities:  Service Technicians organize and maintain a pest management service route, including maintaining close communication with current and potential clients; servicing client accounts using integrated pest management techniques and tools; and adhering to Franklin Pest Solutions practices. Other duties include pest identification, problem solving, and generating and processing documentation associated with client accounts.

Training and Qualifications:  Initial and ongoing training is provided by Franklin Pest Solutions Training Departments, in conjunction with district supervisory personnel, to help Service Technicians successfully meet certification requirements of the states in which they work. Applicants must also be at least 18 years of age, with a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.


Account Manager/Account Representative

Responsibilities:  an Account Manager/Account Representative is responsible for field response to calls from prospective clients, evaluating pest problems, prescribing appropriate pest management programs, and facilitating the implementation of those programs. Individuals may assist residential accounts as well as local and national commercial accounts. Sales skills, self-motivation and client service orientation are critical to client satisfaction and success in this position.

Training and Qualifications:  Initial and ongoing training provided by Franklin Pest Solutions Training Departments help each individual grow their technical capabilities and advancement opportunities. Applicants must have a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.


Client Service Representative

Responsibilities:  a Client Service Representative answers clients inquiries over the telephone, schedules service appointments, dispatches field representatives and performs general office duties. Client Service Representatives are integral to the effective operations of the district office and to client satisfaction with our service.

Training and Qualifications:  Training provided on programs specific to our company. Applicants must have a high school diploma.
